Invoice
If the ticket is not paid within 8 days, we identify the owner and send an invoice. Either to a digital mailbox if possible, otherwise by mail.
Reminder
If the ticket is still unpaid after a further 8 days, a reminder will be sent with a reminder fee.
Foreign debt collection
Unpaid tickets issued on foreign registered vehicles are sent to our partner for collection in the vehicle's country of origin.
Debt collection
When the due date on the reminder has passed, the case goes to debt collection and a debt collection fee plus interest is applied to the invoice.
Disbursed client funds
When all or part of the capital amount has been paid in by the driver or owner the money is paid out to the supervising parking company at the next payment opportunity.
